Shipping Policy

We currently only ship to mainland UK.

Costs

Deliver cost is based on the marina you'd like the box delivered to.

Torquay Marina - £40
Everywhere else - £100

We also offer free customer pickup from Ludlow, SY8. Please select during checkout.

Fittings

You can request for your box to be fitted as an optional extra when placing an order. Fitting costs are £15.

IMPORTANT - If you are planning to fit a dock box to your Marina you will need to talk to the Marina manager for confirmation you are able to do this.

Lead Time

Lead time is typically 3-4 weeks. A member of our team will reach out to confirm with you following placement of your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Dock boxes are made to order and due to the time and costs associated with creating them we're unfortunately unable to accept returns unless there is a clear issue with the product when accepting it on delivery or there is a manufacturer default which is covered below. A member of our team will delivery the goods and you will be able to discuss any issues on delivery of the goods. You can be assured that we take a lot of pride in our work and the boxes are built to a very high standard. It's therefore extremely unlikely there will ever be an issue.

All dock boxes include a 12 month manufacturer warranty. Any issues must be approved by NRT Marine prior to processing.

Any refund that has been agreed will be processed within 5 working days.
